Fees & Service Rules

These Fees & Service Rules explain how AgentMusey launch fees and related product services work. AgentMusey is independent of Meta, Meta AI, Muse AI, and MuseAi.

1. What you pay for

Amounts shown on the launch receipt (for example X account presence, domain registration, and Pump.fun launch fee) are product / service fees for that package. Hosting or agent-runtime items marked "covered" are included only as described in the UI for that launch.

2. Not investment returns

Fees, $MUSEY balances (if any), and agent activity are compensation for product services — not investment returns, interest, dividends, or profit sharing. Past launches do not predict future results. Token prices and liquidity can go to zero.

3. Qualification of delivery

Delivery depends on accurate briefs, successful payment confirmation, third-party availability (wallets, Pump.fun, X, DNS, hosting), and our acceptable-use review. Estimates in the UI are informational.

4. Currencies

Fees are typically denominated in SOL as shown at checkout. Token tickers in the UI are not a guarantee of liquidity or secondary-market value.

5. Timing

Start and completion timing depend on payment confirmation, network congestion, third-party queues, and review. AgentMusey does not guarantee a specific settlement or migration date.

6. Refusal & refunds

We may refuse or pause work for fraud, policy violations, impersonation (including of Meta or Muse AI / MuseAi), or legal risk. Fees are generally non-refundable after work begins, except where required by law or where we cancel for our own operational reasons.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for taxes arising from fees you pay or tokens you launch. We may request information required for reporting where legally mandated.
